As we get closer to your wedding day, I wanted to share with you a few pointers and tips that will help the day progress as smoothly as possible while giving us the best opportunity to capture your special day in a way that will make both you and us happy.

The key to good photos and videos is time, and we can’t stress this enough. If there’s any chance of us replicating the beautiful photos and videos you’ve seen on our portfolio, we need to be given the time to craft your priceless memories. A Wedding Day Schedule will be shared with you with a breakdown of key moments throughout the day. Kindly follow the schedule as much as possible to ensure a stress-free wedding day.

The first part of the coverage will be the getting ready and prep photos and videos.

• Kindly keep your outfit, shoes, accessories and anything else you would like photographed together at the location before we arrive. Also keep a copy of the wedding invitation for us to use in the photos and videos.

• The bridal bouquet and both the wedding rings should be at the Bride’s location to be photographed together. 

• Unless specifically instructed to do so, do not look into the camera. Enjoy each other’s company and your special day while looking at each other. This will give us the most natural photos and videos.

• Kindly request friends, family and relatives to keep their distance while the nuptial rite is going on so that we can get a clear shot of the couple during the entire rite.

• Please ensure you guys are totally engrossed with each other and forget the rest of the world - you’re getting married!!

• LOOK at each other while the nuptials, ring exchange, kiss and all the important moments and try to forget the cameras and the people around you and just enjoy the moment.

• Please allow at least 45 minutes to an hour for your couple photos.

• Please inform all the guests and family members who are requested to give the video bites in advance. Additionally please assign a person to help us coordinate with this group.
